Hello all, Happy Halloween!

I'm sorry I've been so busy lately, I have tonnes of assignments to complete, and on top of that I found out today I have two exams in 4 weeks time! So for the next few weeks I won't be on dA every day and I won't be able to reply to comments immediately - please be patient!

Here are some facts about Halloween which you might not know...

Halloween was commonly referred to as "All Hollows" Eve. It originated from the pagan holiday honoring the dead. The Roman Catholic Church created All Saints Day (also called Hallomas) on November 1st to honor Saints and All Souls Day on November 2, and to honor and pray for the souls of the dead. These holidays were created by the church, in part to downplay the pagan holidays. Needless to say, it did not succeed. Halloween as we know it today, has grown from the ancient Druid Holiday.
