Deviants Appreciation Day 2008

Hey all!

Apologies for the belated celebration of Deviants Appreciation Day but I was out all day yesterday so I didn't have time to make the journal. Oh well no big problem because here it is! The other day I took a survey for deviantArt and I think there is going to be a change to the subscriptions available - it looks like a huuuuge change and some of their ideas look amazing which should get other deviants excited. I don't want to say any more because I'm not sure if I'm allowed to speak about it so my lips are sealed unless an official news report is published. Obviously as it's an appreciation day I am featuring a gigantic collection of beautiful work from some of dA's finest - here it is:

In response to the poll I made a few days ago (What should I make more of?), I have decided to create a few tutorials of how I take my water drop images and the processing I do from pressing the shutter button right up to dA submission - some people asked me to make a video tutorial is anyone else interested? I will if enough people want me to otherwise I'll just make an image with text, please let me know.
