Hi all!

Apologies for being fairly quiet on the site recently, I caught the flu again last week and have been recovering for the past couple of days, apart from that Uni work has been piling up, but I'm enjoying the busy times at the moment and loving my lectures

Hey everyone!

I hope you love the new CR CSS, go thank ^Ikue for the awesome job, I can't get enough of this sleek CSS design

, I've been fairly busy over the past few weeks, hence why I've been fairly quiet on the site, but I've settled down at Uni and preparing for a whole lot of craziness in my third year over the next couple of months. I want to thank you all for the DD suggestions, I've been logging them in the site and I still have about 200 unread so I do apologise if you've been waiting recently to see if your suggestion made it to the DD feature, I will hopefully take a look at them all over the next two weeks.

Btw, did you hear about the FREE GLOW IN THE DARK STICKERS?!?!?!, go check out the awesome new group #PremiumMembers for more info!

Oh, and one more thing... Groups are coming! - What does this mean for the Macro group?... ...you'll see!

What is Macro Photography?

_{Macro Photography is a type of close-up photography bringing life-sized photographs of small objects. You can determine whether a photo is macro by the ratio of the photograph. The ratio describes how "big" a picture you get at the closest possible distance for the particular lens. So, for example, a 1:1 ratio or closer gives an image on film that is equal in size or larger than the subject being photographed.}

Architecture

Hi all,

I hope you're all okay, thanks for all your good wishes on my health. I'm feeling a lot better, although my cold is still here it is slowly subsiding. On Saturday I decided to get out of the house with some of my Uni friends and visit a couple of buildings participating in the London OpenHouse 2009 event. OpenHouse is an annual event for only two days when some buildings which usually are not accessible to the general public open their doors so the public can catch a glimpse of the beautiful architecture.

If you're a Londoner I hope you got a chance to check it out, if you didn't no worries there is always next year - and maybe we'll organise a dev-meet for it!

For this journal, I'm going to focus on architecture as I've been generally quiet on the architecture side of photography, enjoy these features.

So, next week will be the start of my third and final year at Uni studying Computing, I'm really looking forward to going back (I guess I'm an academic kind of guy). This does mean however time on the site will be limited on occasions so I apologise in advance if I don't reply to notes or comments quickly. Hopefully everything will be fine and I won't be too stressed. Chat to you all soon!

Under the weather - Updated

Hi all,

Unfortunately I've come down with a very bad cold (I'm hoping it's not the Swine) so I'm going to take a few days of rest and not be on the site. If there is anything important you want to talk to me about, please email me at my volunteer email address, otherwise see you all in a couple of days.

Sorry I haven't been on the site this week, this cold has been worse than predicted, I am recovering but I'm still not 100%, I will return on Monday
